Wagion Lodge #6

August Fellowship Weekend Registration Procedures

Hey Wagion!

Here are the registration procedures for the August Fellowship Weekend (August 17-19):

All candidates taking their Ordeal should report to the center room of Rohrbacher for registration. Ordeal Registration runs from 7:00 – 8:00 PM. Please remember to bring a copy of your current BSA Medical Form (only parts A & B) and any other necessary paperwork with you when you register. For more information regarding your preparation to take your Ordeal, click here.

After you register and set up your tent, you must attend the mandatory Ordeal Meeting at the OA/Handicraft Pavilion at 8:15 PM. Following this will be the Opening Show. You will be guided from the Opening Show to begin the journey of your Ordeal!

All lodge members attending the weekend should report to the Trading Post for registration. Member Registration runs from 6:00 – 8:00PM. Please remember to bring your Hot Air Balloon Minor Release Form/Adult Release Form and Zip-Lining Waiver/Release Form. You MUST bring your hot air balloon waiver when you register on Friday evening or you will not be in the drawing to ride in the hot air balloon. Please click here for more information regarding the hot air balloon procedures at the August Fellowship Weekend. If you do not register on Friday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, you will not be considered eligible to ride in the hot air balloon. The cost of the weekend for members is $20, covering all of your food, activities, etc. Checks should be made out to “BSA.” When you register you will receive a wristband, which should be worn all weekend. This also serves as your ticket to get into all your meals. When you register you will also receive two Wagion World Fair stickers, which get you into all “free events” at the fair, and a roll of tickets, which you can use on games at the fair. Don’t forget to pick up a Schedule of Events for the weekend, which will be on the registration table!

After you register, the first event of the evening begins at 8:30 PM, being the “Pre-Show.” Immediately following is the mandatory “Opening Show” held at the lakefront at 8:45 PM. Snack will be served at the lakefront area and the Wagion World Fair will open following the show!

Cub Scouts attending the day on Saturday should register in the center room of Rohrbacher from 9:00 – 9:30 AM. Your camp tour will then begin at 9:30 AM. You can pick up a Cub Scouts Schedule of Events for the day at the registration table!

If you have any questions regarding the registration procedures for the weekend, please contact Lodge Chief Robbie L. or Treasurer Caleb M.

I look forward to seeing everyone at the 2012 August Fellowship Weekend and Wagion World Fair!

Have a safe trip up the mountain!
