Interested in attending the 2012 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) next summer…for free?Section NE-4B is awarding three scholarships to youth Arrowmen interested in attending NOAC with his lodge, but who may not be able to meet the financial burden of the trip. Wagion Lodge #6 provides a substantial subsidy to all youth NOAC attendees, and this scholarship would help cover the remaining cost.
