Each year, the leaders of Wagion Lodge #6 gather for the Lodge Leadership Development, LLD. The purpose of the event is to build the team of lodge leaders who will guide our lodge for the coming year. This year we want to focus on “what is your next move.” We must have an excellent LLD to have an exceptional year. The event consists of a number of training sessions that will help us all focus our attentions on issues our lodge needs to again attain the Journey to Excellence Gold Distinction. Throughout the year, we must take many steps in order to obtain that goal.
All members of the 2016 Lodge Executive Committee are required to participate at this exciting event. A continental breakfast will be provided upon your arrival. As well, light refreshments and lunch will be provided throughout the day. As a leader, your vital attendance is required, for remember your duty to your fellow brothers in the lodge to ensure success in the coming year.

After Party
After the closing of the training, you are also invited to the LLD After Party at the All-Star Asian Buffet at 203 Walmart Dr, Uniontown, PA 15401. Come fellowship and debrief with your fellow LEC members over a delicious buffet of Asian cuisine . All in attendance will be expected to purchase their own meal and to find transportation to the party (You should bring $10 for food, drink and tip.)
