As you all may have heard, this year Conclave will be hosted by Kuskitannee Lodge #168 on June 8-10th at Camp Bucoco. The theme will be the OAlympics.
Wagion is already underway to bring the most people by far to Conclave in recent years. We want to flood Bucoco like we did back in 2005 with all of our excitement, energy, and most importantly, fun.
We are going to have a blast, and I have a lot of great ideas so this can be the best Conclave ever. Below are a few things mentioned at the LLD that I would address.
Talked to the Section Advisor at the LLD and he stated that Section has not set the final price of Conclave yet. After they set their final price I will let you all know the exact cost for Wagion. We are looking between $45 and $50 dollars. (The usual price). This will hopefully include some new items that are not traditionally passed out (along with the traditional, i.e. T-shirt and Flap).
After I complete the T-Shirt and Patch designs, I will be sending the images out to anyone who has signed up or is on the interested list. If any of you are extra creative and would like to help with the patch or patches, please send me an e-mail.
Hopefully soon we will have the email@example.com e-mail set up so you don’t have to remember this address, but for now any questions you have can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
