Hello Wagion,
As your 2026 Service Chairman, I am looking for ways to maximize our committee’s impact. To achieve this, we are implementing dedicated project leaders for our service weekends to organize our efforts and minimize the time spent waiting at the Maintenance Building for assignments.
Additionally, committee members will be visiting project sites to check in, answer questions, and offer support. If that role interests you, please come find me this coming weekend or reach out via my contact info on the LEC roster.
To help me understand the skill set we have within the lodge, please fill out the skill survey linked below. This allows me to identify specific talents that will be valuable for our upcoming projects. If you have already completed this survey, there is no need to do so again.
Looking ahead at the April Service Weekend, which I hope to see everyone there! By April 18th at the latest, I will post the Project Leader Application. If you are interested in leading a team or have specific technical skills, please keep an eye out. The application will include full details regarding leader responsibilities.
