Dear Adam,
Is it worth it to sign up to be a Silver Arrowman? What’s included?
Dazed in Delmont
Dear DD,
Being a Silver Arrowman is a great way to take advantage of the opportunities in the Lodge. If you are an active Arrowmen, you will not see much of a difference in being a Silver Arrowman.
There are a few slight advantages. First, Silver Arrowman membership for 2012 is $115.00. This includes your price of four weekends at $20 ($80), your registration for the Banquet at $20, your membership dues at $15, and a cool patch that says you are a Silver Arrowman! You get more than you bargained for! (However, look for the LEC to raise the price to $120 or $125 in the future as not to lose money on the deal).
Second, you never have to preregister for a weekend. By virtue of being a Silver Arrowman, you will always be preregistered for the weekend, and thus, only have to show up and check in!
Last, it is awesome to just say you are a Silver Arrowman. You will have the opportunity to brag all about it, and get your friends jealous that you have a cool patch and they do not!
If your interested, just contact the council office and register as a Silver Arrowman today!
Sincerely,
Adam

I’m interested in this I have already paid my dues so how would that work out?
Wesley, you should contact the Council Office, or the Lodge Treasurer for that one. I am not 100% sure how that works. I can find out for you though!!
Wesley – I figured it out. You can either pay the difference in the balance (for 2012). Or you can pay the full amount, and your dues already paid are credited towards 2013. I am 99.9% confident this is the correct answer.
Like Adam said.. just bring proof your 2012 dues were paid with you to the banquet. You can subtract that off your Silver Arrowman fee. Also, if you already paid for the banquet, bring a receipt and you can subtract that off as well.
Adam I do beleive you are correct about the dues money can be deducted from the price because one time my dad paid for my banquet at the council office and I was able to deduct that money.
